EUMENES HOS MEETING — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. LICENSE. Eumenes.ai grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to install and use Eumenes HOS Meeting ("the Software") on up to 3
devices you own or control, free of charge for 15 days from first launch and
thereafter subject to an active subscription.

2. RECORDING CONSENT. The Software records audio of your meetings and takes
screenshots of your screen. YOU are solely responsible for complying with all
applicable laws regarding the recording of communications, including obtaining
consent from other participants where required by your jurisdiction.

3. PRIVACY. Recordings, screenshots and transcripts are stored locally on your
device and are never uploaded to Eumenes.ai. If you choose a cloud
transcription engine (AssemblyAI, Groq), audio is sent to that provider under
your own account and their terms. The Software sends Eumenes.ai a weekly
anonymous usage report (random installation id, an anonymized one-way hash of
a machine identifier used to prevent trial abuse, app version, OS version,
minutes recorded, number of meetings) and license validation requests. No
personal information, no audio, no transcripts, no meeting content is ever
transmitted to Eumenes.ai.

4. SUBSCRIPTION. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription
(processed by Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled
any time, effective at the end of the paid period.

5. NO WARRANTY. The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
Transcription output is automated and may contain errors; verify before
relying on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eumenes.ai shall not be
liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.

6. UPDATES. The Software periodically checks for updates and notifies you. No
update is installed without your action.

7. TERMINATION. This license terminates automatically if you breach these
terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the Software; your local recordings
remain yours.
